I believe the whole machine had been steam pressure washed in and out and then the outside repainted. Not much pork, beef or chicken flavor left. I wonder how long goat flavor would linger?:fart:

    Hello
I like my GMG WiFi pellet smoker, just click the ON button on the iPhone. :)
Then Set it and Forget it.

I got an hour oklahoma joe for free and thats what got me into smoking as well…a year later my brother bought a huge offset smoker custom built off a guy in the moutains for 600 bucks!..deal of a lifetime…i been on the look out for 24 inch diamter pipeline and when i find it jbsawman is going to build me my own custom reverse flow modeled after my brothers image.jpg …… 20E29DE9-33CD-4109-9741-BD202C7A99B4.jpeg
The benefit of the bigger barrel is its easier to run less checking up on it and instead of splitting little chunks of wood that burn up every 5 mins it runs on regular size firewood…just way more control and the ability to do way more quantity..also with the reverse flow it makes the heat much more even

Beautiful smoker! I am still rocking and rolling w/ my OKJ's still serves me well. I added an extension to the stack, def made a different as the fire ran more smoothy didn't die out produce dirty smoke.

I had a good deal on FB Marketplace but I missed it for a similar size smoker but was 1/4" steel

I have had smokers in the past and recently upgraded to a reverse flow , seems like the cook is much more even since the plate on the bottom gets a lot of heat before it goes back over the top. Heavier steel really helps as well.

Yup that one is made of 1/4 steel its very heavy and takes a while to heat up but once its rolling it holds the heat very well for a long time
