I had to go slow while putting on my trailer. It was very bendy lol. Probably could have got a couple more years out of it..but we are going a different direction anyhow .
Still working on storm damage removal. Had a cherry tree that split into two trunks each with a burl. One burl didn’t make it through the last storm, and several other trees took it hard in this area. Ended up making a 400’ long trail that runs parallel to the road, 10’-14’ wide, to get our tractor through it for easier maintenance in the future. Smaller diameter wood, but I have a hard time leaving cherry, ash, elm, and apple wood to rot. Especially when it’s within eye sight of the house. The first picture is from the edge of the lawn to the 90 degree left turn, the mini ex is at the turn point. Looking from our other lawn back towards the turn point, and the stack of storm damaged 8’ logs from this cleanup. I’ve still got to haul the stumps off, and bring the chipper through to chip the brush. I’ll take the trail once it dries a bit more and seed it.
Was mowing my property...and field trails this morning. I've got these new trail cams that send the pics over the cell towers directly to my phone. Went past the camera...a minute later my phone buzzed. How cool ! More proof that the bx2380 stays busy ! My buddy says hi
Finally got all of the storm damage logs piled in the wood yard from around the house. I haven’t even ventured out on the back property with a saw yet, but there’s several dozen trees that need to be cut up.
