Hello! For some reason, I’m not getting alerts via email when someone sends me a message (conversation) through the site. This is through my gmail account. I checked the spam folder and no dice. It used to work, I still have some old notifications in my gmail box from awhile back.
This seems to happen to some, including me. off and on. With mine, it just seemed to start working on its own. I will still get times when it may not work for a day but then starts again. Then it will not send all alerts for a few hours. I once received an alert that was several days old and this leads me to suspect it is maybe our Internet supplier.
